So, internet access works OK now since the hotel chain we are using provides free WiFi. That should take care of that at least until we reach Reykjavik again.

Today we were a bit more lucky with the weather so we “only” had occassional rain but no fog which was killing us yesterday,
We started from Eligsstadir today, covering Dettifos waterfall, Husavik (the whale watching hub in the north) and via beautiful lake Myvatn reached the second largest city on Iceland – Akureyri.

Tomorrow we are headed towards Westfjords, base of which we are sleeping at.

If only the weather would spare us the problems we had yesterday with the fog.
